As Hurricane Dorian approaches Florida, the South Florida Theatre League is compiling information about show cancellations, postponements, and box office closings for the wider community. As we receive more information, we will update this list.
Shows Cancelled or Postponed (Alphabetical by Show Title)
Driving Miss Daisy at J*CAT (Jewish Cultural Arts Theatre) has postponed its opening to Sunday September 8 at 2:00 PM, with added performances later in the run.
Starmaker at Island City Stage has cancelled its Sunday performance at 5:00 PM.
Box Offices Closed (Alphabetical by Theatre)
Actors’ Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre will be closed Sunday and Monday.
Maltz Jupiter Theatre’s box office will be closed from Friday through Tuesday, with plans to reopen on Wednesday, unless there is damage to the building.
Palm Beach Dramaworks’ box office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, with the hope to return to normal operations on Wednesday.
