The South Florida Theatre League has multiple blasts that are aimed at different audiences — from patrons to artists. Below is the rundown of the ongoing ones and their various deadlines.

OnStage Now Monthly Email Blast – this blast goes out to a list of over 5,000 theatre patrons on the 1st of every month. To be included, you need to email Andie Arthur a jpg with your show information at andie@southfloridatheatre.com. These are calendar listings, so we’re not including detailed show information. Square images work best. We only post shows that will be happening that month.

The deadline to be included is the 15th of the month before. For example, to be in the January blast, you’d need to email me by December 15th. A proof blast goes out on the 20th directly to producers for anyone to make changes by the 25th of the month.

Weekly Email Updates — this blast goes out to 450 industry members. This is where you post auditions, show discounts, etc. It goes out every Wednesday and the deadline to be included is the Wednesday it goes out by 3:00 PM. Unlike the other two blasts, this is a text-based blast. Please submit your calendar listings as you’d like them to be posted to Andie Arthur at andie@southfloridatheatre.com.

Ala Carte Blasts – We also have individualized blasts. These blasts will only be focused on what you’d like them to be focused on and they are $50 each. We only offer this once a week and they’re on a first come, first served basis. They are designed with your involvement in the process and may take up to 2 business days to complete.

  • Weekly Email Updates: Receive weekly updates of news, audition notices, job opportunities, discount ticket offers, and other valuable information.
  • Discounted Tickets: Individual members of the Theatre League are often offered complimentary and discounted tickets to member theatre productions. Taking advantage of these offers can pay for the cost of membership.
