Resume
Act II of my life began after retiring as the Dean of Theatre at the AW Dreyfoos School of Arts in West Palm Beach. After a brief intermission attending summer programs at Shakespeare’s Globe (London) and the Juillard School (New York), I began to pursue my professional acting and directing careers. I feel fortunate that I’ve found some success on both sides of the table, but now wish to concentrate more on performance. I enjoy both stage and screen, but have booked more screen than stage. I welcome opportunities to audition for more roles. I continue to study my craft and hone my skills. For the past two years, I’ve been a member of Burt Reynolds’ Master Acting Class. I’m also a member of Shooting Blanks Improvisation Troupe which weekly rehearses and periodically performs. I believe that improvisation helps me be a valuable team player. Likewise, I attend private acting and voice lessons, workshops, and seminars as often as possible. Without a need for a “day job,” I’m available to travel. As I look forward to Act III of this life, I’d like to fill it with experiences with YOU.
