Lt. Governor Ned Newley just might be the worst candidate to ever run for governor, unless, of course, the voters are looking for . . . the worst candidate to ever run for governor. The Outsider is a hilarious comedy that skewers politics today and celebrates American democracy. The play is 2 hours and 15 minutes long with a 15-minute intermission.
