Everyone is invited to the party celebrating the birth of the new princess — everyone, except Mathilda, an oddball fairy notorious for her terrible gifts. When she shows up anyway to present an enchanted spinning wheel, it turns out to be cursed. To be safe, a royal proclamation orders all spinning wheels to be hidden. But when Princess Aurora is eighteen, she finds the cursed spinning wheel, and falls into an enchanted sleep until she’s awakened by true love’s kiss. A fun look at this fairy tale classic.
